13 March 2015 - It's in the little things

Macabre, adj.

If you ever need proof that I love you, the fact that I allowed you to dress me up as a dead baby Jesus for Halloween should do it. Although I suppose it would be better proof if it had been better proof if it hadn't been Halloween.

- The Lover's Dictionary: A Love Story in 185 Definitions, David Levithan
I've just finished reading this book that's been lying in my kindle for the longest of time. And I'm feeling rather accomplished this March since I managed to finish The Year I Met You by Cecelia Ahern and this.

The Lover's Dictionary is a rather short book really and it's written in a rather interesting format though it's not in chronological order and can be a little trying to try and piece things together. It gets a little hard to continue at times when it hits too close to home and I find myself trying to catch my breath before I continue. I mean, not in terms of the storyline but the various emotions connected with each definition.

It's always in the little things.
